These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuoteMyRoof website and service (the "Service"), operated by ("QuoteMyRoof," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
QuoteMyRoof is a free matching service that connects homeowners with independent roofing contractors and lead-matching partners. We are not a roofing contractor and we do not perform, supervise or guarantee any roofing work.
The Service is free for homeowners. Submitting a request does not obligate you to hire anyone or buy anything. We may receive compensation from partners or contractors when you submit a request.
Contractors you are matched with are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We do not guarantee that any contractor will contact you, provide an estimate, or be available in your area. You are responsible for checking a contractor's licensing, insurance, references, pricing and warranty before hiring them. Any agreement you make with a contractor is solely between you and that contractor.
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to submit requests only for property you own or are authorized to act for. By submitting a request, you agree that QuoteMyRoof, our partners and their service professionals may contact you by phone, text message and email, including through autodialed, prerecorded or artificial voice calls and messages, as described in the consent notice on the request form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
You agree not to submit false or another person's information, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, interfere with the website, or use automated means to access or submit forms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the quality, safety, legality, pricing or timeliness of any contractor's services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteMyRoof and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from work performed or not performed by any contractor. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuoteMyRoof from claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any contractor.
The Service may include forms, links or content provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the laws of your state require otherwise.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
